Return Policy
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with an art piece you ordered from us, you can return it for a full reimbursement, any time within 30 days of your receipt of an item. We cannot reimburse your shipping costs for any item that is returned at your discretion. We will refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Here are the general guidelines for our products:
* Art pieces must be in their original condition.
* If they are damaged or have bent corners we cannot give you a refund.
Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased directly from us. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery or are in unsellable condition cannot be given a refund. We may exchange an art piece, after 30 days but before 60 days, for another if it is not defective or damaged. We cannot accept items returned after 60 days. We are always be happy to exchange any damaged or defective merchandise, if that is the condition you received it in.
We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, you will still be responsible for any shipping costs.
